This document details Netsoc's policy on reprimanding members who have intentionally violated the Matrix AUP .
The first violation of the AUP will cause your matrix account to be disabled for a period of at least 2 weeks. Depending on the seriousness of the offence, we may disable the account for a longer period. You will have no access to your matrix account or files during this period. We will send you any important files, etc if you should need them.
The second violation of the AUP will cause your account to be permanently disabled for the rest of your stay in college. We will give you a short period to ask us for any important files, after which your account and all files within will be deleted from the system.
We may also choose to report you to the junior dean, which may lead to expulsion from the college.
