Thanks to Ryanair for ruining
netsoc’s planned weekend away to Game
On in Edinburgh. It has been postponed till further notice.

The lovely airline chose to cancel one of our flights with about week’s notice.
We couldn’t find anything cheap enough on any day this weekend to anywhere in
Scotland (with any airline), so the only choice was to postpone the trip. The
exhibition is on till February, so we may attempt to organise something in
January. Probably with another company.

Members that had signed up have been mailed personally.

We’ve spent our grant on new books for the library. Thanks for all the suggestions. We’ve tried to get as many as possible. The list of new books can be found over at the library’s website.
