Two Council members sought

Netsoc are now accepting nominations for the two coucil positions which have become
available since the begining of the session. Nominations for the position of
Secretary and Support Officer will be accepted over the
council mailing list.

If you wish to nominate yourself for either of these positions, please send an
e-mail to the list stating your intentions AND turn up to the meeting on
November the 3rd. For more information, please view the related

New Accounts Update

Many of you keen new netsoccers out there will be wondering where your matrix account it.

No, don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten you. Nor did the monkeys get it. this year we received a whopping 300 new members, and for each member who wants a matrix account (all of you), we have to try and remember who you are and then enter your details. As you can appreciate, this is a time consuming process (even without the monkeys interfering). But we’re nearly there. Keep an eye on your mailbox. That’s where you’ll get your welcome mail and your password and your ticket to the data haven that is… MATRIX!
