Scripting

Just one or two small things I've coded for myself on Matrix that others might find useful. Some of these may seem a bit short. I consider this a feature, you don't need lots of code to provide useful functionality.

• friends - my color version for seeing who's on in your .friends file
• friends-lite - a slight modification of friends that doesn't show
• markov - a markov cahin generator
• irc_to_markov - takes in irssi logs, process and sends to markov
• w15 - list all users active in the last 15 minutes (for Solaris). Debian version
• newmail and curmail - see how many messages I have in my Maildirs
• quote.bash - Bash.org quote retreiver
• quote.qdb - qdb.us quote retreiver
• rfc - displays RFCs in a pager
• website-working - a script to help you figure out why a user's website isn't working
• largest20 - list the 20 largest files under the current directory
• changeplan - Change your .plan to a random fortune
• LaTeX Makefile - not really a script, this is the Makefile I use for all my LaTeX stuff
