DU Potholing Club / Equipment
This equipment list is as of November 2002. If you wish to borrow club gear please email the equipment officer giving at least 3 days notice of equipment required. This will be provided at the wall the following wednesday or as per agreed arrangement. If you are going on a club trip, you need not 'apply' for equipment as we will bring all the gear required. Gear should be returned to the equipment officer clean & dry, ready for storage. Sometimes you may be required to leave a deposit which will be returned upon return of the club equipment in satasfactory condition.

Static rope for SRT

- 2 Static ropes rigged in Luce sports hall for SRT training.
Dynamic rope for belaying
- 1 Dynamic rope (blue/green. need to check length).
SRT Kits
- 1 SRT kit - Bought December 2001 from Bernies. Red/Yellow Petzl Harness.
- 4 SRT kits - Yellow, Caving Supplies. Saftery connection/footloops all replaced November 2002.
Misc vertical gear
- 1 Spare Petzl croll
- 1 Fig 8 (seems reasonably well worn!!)
