Implicit Differentiation - By Ruaidhri O'Brien

How to use this applet:

Type the desired values into the equation at the top of the applet and click on the "solve it" button. By clicking the "click here" button, the user is brought to the next page where they can find out how to find the slope of a tanget to a curve at apoint they type in. The user types in their values and clicks the "get slope" button, so that the answer and method of getting the answer are returned. By clicking the "next example" button the user is brought to the last page where the layout is the same as the second page except this time it will return the slope of a curve at the point s/he enters and how it is done.
