This site is broken down roughly by leaving cert topic. Some concepts and areas of the course naturally overlap, so we decided that rather than stick rigidly to the separate areas, we have covered them as we think will make the most sense, and provide the most help and understanding for you, the student.
Design of this website was quite an organic, flexible experience, and its use is intended to be similar. To make the most of your experience using it explore it and play with each of the applets. Them try and see how the maths behind them works, and understand the concepts that they are trying to get across from the angel they approach them at.
Most importantly have some fun, because learning, even for as gruelling an exam as the leaving cert. can be, should still be an interesting experience, one which broadens understanding instead of just absorbing information. It is this understanding that this site intends to focus on and aid, by making abstract concepts take on a tangible relevance, one that you can actually see in the programs on display.
