How to use this applet:The applet is based simply on a button interface. All areas can be accessed from the three buttons on the top and an special functions are dealt with by buttons that appear in the relevant areas.Notes on the maths used in the applet:The applet allows the user to become familiar with the substitutions that are commonly used in Trigonometric Substitutions. It also provides facilities to view the proper applications of such substitutions.Other useful information: Some mathamatical symbols could not be used in this applet, so the root sign is being replaced with the text version.
