Omelette adventures
I’ve started to explore the modest art of omelette-making. I will be chronicling this epic voyage here in lieu of actual content.
My first experiment went a little awry with the incorrect addition of the first egg leading me to dub this “Guernica with special guest appearance by fried egg”. Also featured were fried potatoes (originally boiled, later skinned and fried lightly before the addition of the egg), chopped chorizo (added a little late, ended up being a little too prominent but added pockets of wonderful flavour) and chopped red pepper.

The extra bacon was a fallback measure in case of omelette combustion.
