AKA The Flying Cowboys
Netsoc would like to take this opportunity to express its deep
dissatisfaction with Ryanair.
We (i.e. our members) have twice this year been disappointed by
their distinct and intentional lack of any customer service. Our
plans have on two occasions been spoiled or
hindered by the company’s continued mismanagement
and policy of deliberate overbooking. Their absymal service record
has ensured that we intend to never use the
company again.Furthermore, we would like to
advise our members involved in other societies or themselves
personally not to be misled by any seemingly
attractive offer the cowboys may promise, as you
will only be disappointed.
We will be bringing this to the attention of the college, national
consumer affairs board and national media.
