IRC Downtime

This Friday the 21st of October, at 13:00, we will be migrating our IRC server
from our old server, matrix, to our newer server, cube. This will require a
small amount of downtime during which IRC will be unavailable. IRC should be
considered to be ‘at risk’ from 12:30 to 13:30 while the switch is made and our
DNS records update.

This downtime only relates to our IRC service, and we do not expect our other
services such as login and webspace to be affected.

If you really need to get your IRC fix while the admin team is working, feel
